OUR STORY

It started with
real-time data.

In 2010, Yarden and Jonah met as product managers at a startup building an online sports-trading platform: live data, trading algorithms and systems that had to work in real time. Yarden owned the product and the user experience. Jonah owned the algorithms and trading systems behind it. They found a way of working together that has lasted ever since.

  1. THE NEXT CHAPTER

    Building Hoop.

    Their own startup: a social video platform where people created and shared challenges, conversations and collaborations. It taught them what it takes to build, ship and scale a product end to end.

  2. 2017

    A new beginning.

    Hoop was sold in 2017. Six months later, Yarden and Jonah founded Tectika to bring their experience in products, technology and teams to complex enterprise projects.

  3. TODAY

    From data to agents.

    Colleagues and partners who knew their work asked them to build for their businesses. Those relationships became Tectika, and the work grew from data platforms and machine learning to closing the gap between legacy systems and the autonomous agents enterprises want now.

Yarden Medichy

Yarden brings more than 20 years of technology experience, combining product development, AI and complex systems with business and financial leadership. At Tectika he takes projects from concept to delivery, builds the teams, and oversees operations, finance and recruitment.

Jonah Collins

Jonah leads Tectika and its enterprise engagements. A former CTO and product manager, he designs the architecture behind Tectika’s projects and leads the engineering teams that build them. An entrepreneur, mentor and adviser, he holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
